Rentals form a crucial part of Red Eye’s model. The rental program allows the space to function as a resource to the Twin Cities performance community, to expand our community beyond our programming capacities, and to foster sustainability for the organization.
The curated rentals program is primarily intended for public-facing events and productions of live performances. We prioritize rentals of 10 days or longer, but any projects of a week or more fall into this category.
Red Eye is currently accepting proposals for events taking place August 2022-August 2024. Rolling review begins June 22 and closes September 15, 2022.
Short-term rentals are by the day or by the hour, and are intended for rehearsals, technical residencies, low-tech showings, auditions, film shoots, photo shoots, meetings, readings, small events, lectures, etc. Space requests for short-term rentals are ongoing, and we’ll respond to you within 24-48 hours.
