Honey is a dance landscape of individuals in pursuit of expression—inspired by the bodies, movement, and music of club spaces. Performance space as a dance floor, dance floor as an agent of release, escape, and reunion. Choreography by Scott Stafford, original soundscore by Grammy-winning producer, David Morales—featuring the remixes of Mariah Carey.

For all audience, Red Eye requires proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR test result within 72 hours of the period of entry OR a negative rapid antigen test result taken the day of entry. Masks are currently required for all events.

Honey debuted in July 2021 at the Walker Art Center, and is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council and Minnesota State Arts Board. Thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
